Hi, my name is Maria Stirling and I am a Specialist Registered Nurse  and Lymphoedema Therapist. While a nurse focuses on the care of an individual and their family, a lymphoedema therapist has special training to help people with chronic oedema (swelling).

My passion: to help people with long term health conditions such as lymphoedema, lipoedema and the side effects that can be caused by cancer treatments.

My focus: to help you achieve and maintain the best health and quality of life.

I listen to you and together we can work out a care plan centred on your needs and abilities. I use a variety of remedial massage techniques and complex decongestive therapies which can help you recover from a variety of health conditions.
