Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a whole body, hands on technique which assists the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the affected area and into the general circulation. Each MLD is specifically tailored to the individual client. Self (simple) Lymphatic Drainage (SLD) is taught for self care at home.
MLD and SLD is slow, gentle and VERY relaxing. It can be used prior to and after surgery to assist with post operative swelling.
